The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THUAS) is launching an innovative project to address gaps in affective learning and conflict-competency training through the integration of peer mediation and the pedagogy of discomfort. This initiative aims to empower students by using emotions as learning resources, fostering relationality, collectivity, and intellectual flexibility. The program will feature story-sharing fora, critical dialogues, and a peer mediation clinic, all designed to enhance students' ability to navigate complex social and professional challenges.
